“Let me start by saying, I read a lot – about nutrition and fitness and I’m a scientist (read: love data and evidence-based decisions) so I wasn’t sure what to expect working with Rachel (before Rachel, I had never worked with a personal trainer). “Signing on with Rachel was one of the hardest, and yet one of the greatest decisions I could have ever made. I have struggled with my weight and body image for nearly my whole life.
